There are two kinds of flat die pellet machines in the market, one is the flat die rotary, the other is the roller rotary. 
 
The first type of flat die rotary flat die pellet machines, we also called it the feed pellet machines. This kind of feed pellet machine,
the working principle is the flat die rotary then drives the pressed rollers above rotates. The flat die rotary, so that the roller 
pressed will be rotary by itself, it is fit for some heavy raw material, such as the corn, soybean, all kinds of seeds etc, because 
such material are heavy, they are easy to be in the holes, and then pushed from the holes in the flat die. So that it is widely used
in small and medium pellet making factories, farms, and the family unit.
 
The second type is the roller rotary flat die pellet machines, we also called it the wood pellet machines. The flat dies are fixed, 
but the rollers are rotary, so that the flat die can stand much more power. So it can stand some more powerful pressure, fit for 
the light raw material, such as wood sawdust, corns, stalks, husk etc. Because of the flat die fixed, so it can match with many
kinds holes diameter of 3-30mm, fit for different raw material, ensure the pelleting ability.
