Wood Pellets Production Line Description
This set is a simple production line of complete granulation equipment, with an output of 100-200 kg per hour . This set of production mainly includes the crushing section, the granulating section and the intermediate conveying section, as well as the power control system section. The star-delta step-down start is used, which greatly saves power loss.
All equipment in the production line can be replaced and matched, which has achieved the purpose of adapting to customer needs, and equipped with different models to meet different output requirements.
The production line requires that the size of the raw material is not larger than 3-5cm, the thickness is not too thick, and the moisture requirement is between 15-20%. After the production of wood pellets, it is required to be dried to room temperature and then packaged into bags. Other equipment such as crushers, dryers, pellet coolers, etc. can also be selected to achieve more complete configuration requirements.

Wood Pellets Production Line Brief Introduction
The complete line of wood pellet line is always made according to the client demand and based on the client raw material details. However it mainly includes several process following:Crude Crushing Process, Drying Process, Fine Milling Process, Pelleting Process, Cooling Process, Packaging Process etc with the required silos and the conveyors.
First step:
Crude Crushing Process. There are machines can be choose in this process according to different kinds of raw material. If your raw material is wood logs, you can choose the drum chipper or disc chipper’ if your raw material is branches, you can choose the branches crusher; if your raw material is waste pallet, then you can choose the chain pallet crusher; if your raw material is the straw or stalk bales, then please choose the bale crusher or grass cutter, and so on. So the raw material kinds and size is very important for us to confirm the machines kinds and models.
Second step:
Drying Process. If the wood or the straw is too wet, then this rotary dryer is necessary, however for small capacity, we strongly advise client not to choose the dryer process, because this dryer should work with stove or heat ex-changer, the cost is also not small. The type of the dryer can be choose the air pipes or the rotary dryer, chain dryer or any other types according to different raw material.
Third stepis Fine Milling Process. This process makes the crude dry chips or the straw pieces into dust shape, preparing the feeder material for pellet press. We usually choose the hammer mill type as the key machines in this process.
Forth step is Pelleting Process. In this process, the pellet machine is the key machines, the choices is too many according to raw material kinds and output demand. For the raw material of wood kinds or straw kinds or any kinds of crude fiber raw material, we advise to choose the newest model of pellet machine. Because the newest model of pellet is the 9th generation in the market. The capacity is higher and structure is stronger than old generations. We will introduce in in the pellet machine characters.
Fifth step is Cooling Process. The client can choose the simple mesh cooler or the standard cooler box in the line. It is up to the output and cost etc. However this process is necessary and important.
Sixth step is the packing process, this process is up to client, and can choose the small bag packing or the big bag tons packing.
The other related machines are the conveyors and the silos. For making the complete line working fluently, these silos and the conveyors are also necessary. They are designed according to the workshop height and the length. We usually design the line based on saving room first, but you have some other demand, we can also change them accordingly.
