Feed Pellet Making Line Description
This set is a simple production line of complete granulation equipment, with an output of 300-400 kg per hour . This set of production mainly includes the crushing section, the granulating section and the intermediate conveying section, as well as the power control system section. The star-delta step-down start is used, which greatly saves power loss.
All equipment in the production line can be replaced and matched, which has achieved the purpose of adapting to customer needs, and equipped with different models to meet different output requirements.
The production line requires that the size of the raw material is not larger than 3-5cm, the thickness is not too thick, and the moisture requirement is between 15-20%. After the production of wood pellets, it is required to be dried to room temperature and then packaged into bags. Other equipment such as crushers, dryers, pellet coolers, etc. can also be selected to achieve more complete configuration requirements.
