Wood Biomass Production Line Introduction
The complete line of pellet line is always made according to the client demand and based on the client raw material details. However it mainly includes several process following: Crude Crushing Process, Drying Process, Fine Milling Process, Pelleting Process, Cooling Process, Packaging Process etc with the required silos and the conveyors.
Forth step is Pelleting Process. In this process, the pellet machine is the key machines, the choices is too many according to raw material kinds and output demand. For the raw material of wood kinds or straw kinds or any kinds of crude fiber raw material, we advise to choose the newest model of pellet machine. Because the newest model of pellet is the 9th generation in the market. The capacity is higher and structure is stronger than old generations.
Wood Biomass Production Line Advantages
1. The new main shaft adopts a high-rigidity bearing structure, the main shaft is thickened by 15%, and the main bearing bearing doubles the bearing surface, the operation is more stable, and the failure rate is lower, just to make the output of the pellet mill higher.
2. The thin grease air cooling, and equipped with overpressure protection to ensure the long-term high-load operation of the pellet machine.
3. The surface of the new pressed roller adopts the robot surfacing alloy process, and the service life of the pressure roller is unprecedentedly improved.
4. The new generation pellet machine ring die are all made of high-end wear-resistant stainless steel plus advanced real-life furnace quenching process, the ring die is processed by ultra-high-speed gun drilling, can be used after a little grinding (optional).
5. The new generation pellet machine adopts 304 stainless steel for discharging outer cover, which is high-strength, anti-wear and anti-corrosion, (optional)
6. The motor and the reducer are connected with an elastic coupling, which makes the equipment run more stably, and also effectively protects the motor and prolongs its service life.
7. The position of the discharge hole and the position of the feed reducer can be selected at will, and the user can adjust it according to the site conditions.
