There are many reasons for serious wear of the pressed roller, but some of them can be controlled manually. The following key points should also be avoided.
1. If the pressed roller is too tight, it will increase wear. The pressed roller should be loosened appropriately.
2. Check whether the mold and pressed roller match, and check whether the pressed roller retaining ring is installed in place. Prevent protrusions.
3. Pay attention to the uniform distribution of materials in the pressing chamber to prevent uneven stress on the pressed roller, thereby aggravating the wear of the pressed roller surface.
A damaged dividing knife will lead to uneven material distribution and also cause wear of the pressed roller.
4. The raw materials should not contain hard objects such as stones or iron, which will not only wear the pressed roller, but also damage the cutter.
5. Check whether the oil filling hole of the eccentric shaft of the pressed roller is blocked to prevent the bearing from being burned due to oil filling problems.
An excessively large die roller gap will affect the output and pellet quality, and an excessively small gap will accelerate the wear of the mold roller and also affect the output.
