Common problems encountered by hammer mill are that the moisture content of the raw materials is too high, which makes it easy to stick to the screen.

The hammers are worn, and the distance between the hammers and the screen becomes larger.

The dry material corresponds to the air supply door, which does not match the fan.

The bag is not airtight and affects the discharge.

The material is too large and the moisture content is too high, which affects the discharge.

Dynamic balancing must be done after replacing the bearings, otherwise the equipment is prone to shaking.
