The order of power on and off is as follows: when starting up, start the discharge conveyor, fan, air lock, crusher (before starting up, make sure there is no material and impurities in the crushing chamber), and feed conveyor (before starting up, make sure the crusher secondary start has been started); when shutting down, shut down the feed conveyor, crusher (before shutting down, make sure the material in the crushing chamber is completely drained), fan, air lock (before shutting down, make sure the material in the shakron is completely drained), and discharge conveyor.
Lubrication: Fill reducers with designated mechanical oil, control the oil level, and change oil at specified intervals. For bearings, use designated grease; avoid types with poor lubrication. Better but more expensive greases are optional. Regularly check oiling points and refill on schedule.
Feed & Environment Management: Feed materials evenly; strictly prohibit sudden feed increases to prevent equipment and motor overload. Clean the equipment after each shift to avoid malfunctions from excessive dust.
