Sharing a problem often encountered by users, during the process of pressing the pellets in the biomass pellet machine, dust suddenly appeared and the pellets were not formed.

Generally there are the following reasons:
1. When the mold reaches the wear cycle, open the mold cover and check if it has reached the wear cycle. When the taper of the guide port is completely worn away, the mold will be scrapped. At this time, the mold will be replaced.
2. The pressed roller has reached the wear cycle. The pressed roller has many convex grooves. When all the small bumps are worn away, the pressed roller has reached the wear cycle, and needs to be replaced.
3. The type of materials changes, and the materials fed into each batch are different. It is necessary to check whether the material has been replaced.
4. Moisture changes. For example, the weather is humid, resulting in excessive moisture. The pellets are not easy to form.

5. The material is too dry. You can use some materials that are easier to form, such as sawdust, to press the mold holes first, so that the wood pellets remain in the mold. If you add dried rice husk material inside, there will be no dust.
6. The pressed roller does not rotate and the pressed roller bearing is locked.
7. The gap between the pressed rollers is inappropriate. Normally it is 0.1-0.15mm. If the gap is too large or too small, it will cause powder discharge.
