Machine usage:

Crush secondary processed materials, and the feed specifications are block materials, such as wood blocks, wood chips, small sections of straw, branches and other strip materials with a size of no more than 30 cm or block materials with a diameter of no more than 50 mm.

Machine capacity and advantages:

The production capacity of wood chips is 20 tons/hour. The configuration consists of a 355 kw spiral discharge hammer wood chip crusher and two 220 kw wind hammer wood chip crushers.
The advantages and features of the machine enable the standardization of each part, each component is documented, and the on-site layout accuracy of the equipment can reach 1 mm. The rotor of the vermicelli machine is dynamically balanced, with a balance degree of 5 grams, making the operation more stable. The base is processed by a boring machine, and the vertical difference between the motor spindle and the rotor spindle is 0.05 mm.
