Precision-configured oil lubrication: rollers and material-discharge discs use grease lubrication with precisely proportioned automatic oil supply. Main shaft bearings, reducer gears, and reducer bearings employ gear oil lubrication, supported by an air-cooling system and high-flow oil supply for rapid cooling, extending bearing and gear lifespan.
The feed conveyor’s start-stop function is controlled by current upper and lower limits, enabling automatic operation for reliable feeding without machine clogging, reducing labor costs significantly.The open-structured discharge hopper allows easier die replacement, saving time.
