Emergency measures for fire incidents inside the drying drum:
First, open all air supply ports, ash removal ports, and coal feed ports, stop adding coal, and shut down the feed conveyor. Immediately remove materials from the discharge conveyor outlet.
Simultaneously, sprinkle water inside the furnace to extinguish the fire. During this process, it is strictly prohibited to turn off the fan, drum, discharge conveyor, or airlock. After all burning materials inside the drum have been completely cleared, allow the machine to continue operating for 30 minutes to 1 hour to confirm the fire is fully extinguished and the drum temperature has dropped below 50°C before shutting down.
After shutdown, continue monitoring and inspecting for 1-2 days to ensure no combustible materials remain before resuming normal operation.
