First, the raw materials are too coarse.

For small-sized pellet machines, if the raw material pellets are too coarse and the fiber content is high, it is difficult to compress, which will cause the pellet machine to discharge.

Second, the ring die and roller is severely worn.

The tooth shape of the pressed roller is worn and the raw material grabbing force is reduced.

As a result, the pressed roller of the pellet machine does not feed material.
