Second, the ring die speed and rotation speed.
Pellet length is inversely proportional to ring die speed or ring die rotation speed.

When the working speed remains unchanged, the faster the ring die speed, the shorter the pellets extruded instantly will be, and vice versa.

Third, the ring die aperture and opening rate.

The ring die aperture does not directly affect the pellet length.

The ring die aperture and the number of openings jointly affect the length.
 

The larger the ring die opening ratio, the shorter the pellets.

On the contrary, the pellets are longer.
