Whether high-quality pellets are good or not is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
 

pellet stability, smooth appearance, appropriate pellet hardness, degree of maturation and reasonable moisture.

During the pelletising process of the pellet machine, a variety of abnormal pellets will appear, such as uneven pellet surfaces, bent pellets or cracks, etc.

What are the reasons that affect pellet molding? What are the ways to improve it?

First of all, the raw materials contain large pellets, which are not fully softened during the preparation process.

When the pellet machine enters the die hole, it cannot be well combined with other raw materials, making the pellets appear uneven.

Secondly, if there are steam bubbles in the raw material after modulation, air bubbles will be generated during the process of pressing into pellets.

When the pellets are extruded out of the ring die, the pressed changes will cause the bubbles to burst, causing unevenness on the surface of the pellets.
 

Third, this happens to pellets containing fibers.

Fourth, the raw materials do not reach the drying temperature required for moisture, or the drying time is too long, making it difficult to pelletize. There is too much powder.

Fifth, the pellet machine is aging, severely worn or unmatched.
