Single shaft twin screw mixer is a kind of horizontal batch mixer, its characteristics is twin screw with positive and negative rotating speed and they are installed on the same horizontal axis, forming a low power efficient mixed environment.

The ribbon blade is generally made of two layers, the outer screw makes the material from both sides to the central collection, the inner screw makes the material from the center to both sides of the conveying, so that they formed much more vortex.

The mixing speed is accelerated,and the mixing uniformity is improved.
