The sealing cover of the air lock must be replaced in a timely manner. When frequent material blockage occurs in the cyclone separator, check if the sealing cover is damaged and causing air leakage. Replace it immediately if damage is found.

For material blockage in the cyclone separator, the causes include: damaged sealing cover of the air lock, poor sealing of the pipeline, and air blockage due to clogged bag filter. Conduct inspection and correction for these causes one by one.

All equipment maintenance must be carried out under the power-off and shutdown state to prevent personal injury accidents. Regularly check the circuit and wires for electric leakage, and always prioritize safety.

Regarding cleaning work: If dust is not cleaned regularly, excessive dust accumulation will occur. This may lead to dust accumulation on the internal contacts of the control cabinet and motor, as well as moisture-induced short circuits. In severe cases, it may even cause dust explosions.
