Maintenance Precautions For the Reduction Gearbox Of the Wood Pellet Machine 

Lubrication: The oil level of the lubricating oil reducer should be checked frequently. It is recommended to use No. 18 to 22 hyperbolic gear oil for lubricating oil, and use oil with high viscosity in summer. Drain the oil and replace it with new oil after the first 500 hours of operation. The oil level of the reducer should be checked frequently, and the amount of lubricating oil added shall be subject to reaching the safe oil level.

The oil level of the gear reduction box should be checked frequently. If the oil level is lower than the specified position, add lubricating oil. Add lubricating oil frequently to prevent overfilling, which may cause oil leakage. Gearbox mechanical oil should be replaced after 500-1000 hours of mechanical operation, and other oil should be replaced every 300 hours.

Frequently check the bolts for lifting the reducer to prevent them from running. If they are loose, tighten them in time.

After each shift of the wood pellet machine, dust on the surface of the equipment must be removed.

Inspect the equipment and replace wearing parts every six months or one year. The maintenance of each equipment depends on the operating conditions.

The indicator lights, air switch and travel switch of the electrical system should be checked frequently and replaced in time if any damage is found.
