Emergency measures for a stuck drying drum
First, open all supplementary air vents, ash removal ports, and coal feeding ports, stop adding coal, and shut down the feeding conveyor.
Quickly pry the large gear ring while intermittently activating the gear ring motor to get the drum rotating as soon as possible. Simultaneously, promptly remove the material at the discharge conveyor outlet.
If the drum remains difficult to rotate after attempts (approximately 10 minutes), promptly sprinkle water inside the furnace to extinguish the fire, and continue efforts to pry the drum until it rotates. Throughout this process, strictly avoid turning off the fan, discharge conveyor, or airlock.
