How to make biomass pellets from domestic sludge?
First, there is a plate and frame equipment for press filtration. After the domestic sludge is filtered, a mud cake will be formed, and then the mud cake is dried. Drying is more complicated because the mud cake is highly viscous and it is difficult to achieve with ordinary drum drying.

We first cut the mud cake into strips, then dry it with a cage dryer, then pellet it and burn it in the furnace. After the burning, the slag obtained is refined to extract some heavy metals. After the refining is completed, these waste slag can be used to make building abutments, bricks or cement.
