The materials entering the drum dryer are dried against the drum wall in the dryer drum. Generally, the temperature of the hot flue gas entering the drum dryer is between 500-800 degrees, and the exhaust gas temperature at the tail end is generally between at about 100 degrees, the hot flue gas with steam will be filtered by the cyclone dust collector and then discharged into the air or into the filtration system. Therefore, we designs the material flow rate and system wind pressure of the entire drum dryer. Air volume, etc. are all rational designs made after rigorous calculations of theoretical knowledge and then summarizing actual production experience.

Therefore, only the correct design of the drum dryer can achieve moisture removal, smooth air flow inside the dryer, and uniform temperature distribution, which can improve the drying environment and increase drying efficiency.
