The third reason why the pellet mill discharges black pellets is the mold compression ratio.
 

If the mold compression ratio is too large, resulting in high resistance for the powder to pass through the holes, the extrusion time is too long, the pellets are too hard to press out, and the output is low.

There may even be carbonization on the surface and the pellet mill may become blocked due to high temperature.
