Excessive raw material water will have the first major impact on the pellet machine: cracks.
 

If the moisture content is too high, the same molding temperature will reduce the heat transfer rate of the raw material, and part of it will be used to evaporate excess moisture, thus affecting the heat transfer.
 
When they evaporate in the die hole, it is easy to form high-pressure steam in the die hole.

When the pressure generated by the steam is stronger than the crystal force between the die hole wall and the biomass, the continuously extruded pellets are in the die hole. Implodes into several segments.
 

If the moisture content is slightly higher, the surface of the pellets will be slightly cracked.

If the moisture content is too high, the cracks will be larger.
