The fourth major impact on the pellet machine if the raw material moisture is too high: mold blocking
 

When the wet raw materials enter the pellet machine, a very large pressure will be generated when the pressed roller tries to press the raw materials into the die holes, which will lead to high temperatures and the generation of a large amount of water vapor.

The moisture in the raw materials forms water mist due to high temperature.

After a period of time, high temperature and mold blockage will occur, causing the pellet machine to stop working or not discharging material.
