Many friends believe that by increasing the compression ratio of the ring die, it will be useful if the pellets can be pressed into shape, or that the raw materials can be pressed back and pressed two or three times to form.
 

In fact, during the pelletizing process, the friction resistance is large, which will increase the friction between the pressed rollers and the die mold, waste unnecessary losses, and even affect the service life of the pellet machine.
