Four reasons causing large amounts of water vapor in the pellet mill:
 

First, the material has high moisture content.

During the production process of the pellet mill, if the moisture content of the material is too high, it will be difficult for the material to deposit in the machine, and the adhesion force will be low, which will lead to the generation of a large amount of water vapor.

 

Second, the pellet mill is improperly maintained.

If the pellet mill is not cleaned and maintained for a long time, it is easy to accumulate a certain amount of moisture.

At the same time, the sealing of the pellet mill inlet and outlet is also prone to problems, aggravating the generation of water vapor.
