The third reason why biomass pellet machine making pellets are not formed:the pellet size of the raw materials.

The pellet size of raw materials is also an important factor affecting pelletizing of the pellet machine.

Usually the optimal crushing pellet size is 3-4 mm. Cannot be larger than 5mm. The smaller the pellet size, the easier it is to form.

But if it is too small, it will not work, and the powder content will be excessive.
 

If the pellet size is too large, the pellet machine will not be able to operate normally and effectively, resulting in problems such as large grains, small output, uneven graining, and many cracks on the surface of the finished pellets, which will greatly affect the production effect.
