How to choose biomass buffer and silos to prevent it from becoming clogged?

First, match the buffer and silos by analysing the characteristics of the materials.

 

For example, our material is sawdust. Its pellets are small and its fluidity is relatively good.

When choosing a silo for a single machine, you need to pay attention: when the space at the bottom of the silo is small and enters the auger, there will be some situations where the materials are piled up and squeezed densely, and the tent material is blocked.

This depends on the dryness and humidity of the material.

If the material is clumped and blocked, it means that our sawdust is a little damp.

At this time we need to adjust the silo structure.

To increase the activity area of the silo, add two stirring rollers above the auger, with dials and stirring rollers.

These two mixing rollers can prevent hooding and clogging very well.

The widening of the material activity area will greatly improve the material clogging.
