Due to its high cost, it is very noteworthy for pellet manufacturers to extend the service life of the ring die and increase its production capacity.

The material of the pressed roller is generally C50, 20CrMnTI or GCr15.

The material of the ring die is generally alloy steel or stainless steel.


 

The material of the ring die can be selected according to the corrosiveness of the material and the working strength of the ring die.

For highly corrosive materials and ring die with small holes, stainless steel materials are generally used.
