Today we will talk about 10 reasons and solutions for blockage in pellet machines, and try to help everyone.


 
 

First, the feed amount is uneven.

When starting, the feed increases from low speed to high speed, and the feed should be uniform.

Second, the material volume is too large and needs to be crushed again.

Third, if the pressed roller becomes loose, stop the machine for inspection and adjust the pressed roller gap.

Forth, the voltage is too low and the power is insufficient.

Add a power distribution room or configure a transformer to control the current.

Fifth, the ring die hole is blocked.

If foreign objects such as metal, sand and gravel impurities enter the pellets, blockage will occur.

You can stop the machine and open the silo to clean out the materials and then take them out.
