Third, if the powder content in the raw material is too high or the fiber content in the raw material is too low.

Excessive moisture content in raw materials can also lead to irregular shapes of pellets, and even breakage or pulverization.

Forth, excessive feed volume, insufficient tightness of the pressed roller, and other factors can lead to pellet pulverization.

If the speed of the pellet machine is too high, the pellets are also prone to breakage and pulverization after entering the pressed roller.

Fifth, Severe wear of the pressed roller can also cause the pellets to not form properly.

Sixth, the thickness of the mold is thin, and the compression ratio is too small, resulting in loose pellets and high pulverization rate.
