Today we will learn about the major components of the 560 type ring die pellet machine.

First is the bearing chamber.

The bearing chamber is entirely made of steel castings, and inside is a three-disk bearing, on which the operating balance of the entire pellet machine depends.

The second is the large shaft of the main shaft of the pellet machine.

The pressed rollers and the frame plate are all on this large shaft.

The third is the discharging chamber of the pellet machine.

The pellets compressed by the pellet machine are all dialed by the dialing motor and fall down at the discharge port.

The lower part is the reducer, which is a heavy-gear reducer customized by our factory to increase the torque resistance and extend the service life.
