First, uneven feeding of raw materials will cause large fluctuations in the working current of the pellet mill.

The feeding speed should be adjusted.

Second, the main shaft bearing of the pellet mill is worn or damaged.

The machine does not run normally, resulting in high current.

Third, the pellet mill is running normally, and suddenly makes a clicking sound.

It may be that a large piece of foreign matter has entered the pressing chamber.

The machine must be stopped immediately to clean it out before restarting production.
