Today I will explain the production process of biomass pellets to you.

First, crush the recycled raw materials.

After crushing, the raw materials are transported to the crusher through the conveyor belt for crushing.

If the moisture content of the raw materials is too high after crushing, the raw materials need to be sent to the dryer for drying.

After drying, the raw materials are conveyed to the pellet machine through the conveyor belt to start pelleting production.

Raw materials with a moisture content of about 15% do not need to be dried.

After crushing, they can be directly sent to the biomass pellet machine for pelleting.

After the biomass pellets are produced, the temperature is about 60 degrees.

At this time, the pellets need to be sent to the cooler through the conveyor belt for cooling.

When the pellets are cooled, they can be packaged and stored.
