The main working principle of the welding fume dust collector is through the gravitational action of the fan.

The welding fume exhaust gas is sucked into the air inlet of the machine through the universal dust hood.

The air inlet of the equipment is equipped with a flame arrester, the spark is blocked by the flame arrester, and the smoke gas enters the settling chamber.

Using gravity and upward airflow, firstly, the coarse dust is directly lowered to the ash hopper, and the particulate dust is captured on the outer surface by the filter element.

The clean gas flows into the clean room after being filtered and purified by the filter element.

The air outlet is discharged up to the standard.
