With the continuous improvement of the technology of wood chip pellet machine, the machine can produce normally in the hot summer, but some matters need to be paid attention to.
First of all, in hot weather, the biomass pellet machine will generate heat during the production process. Their raw materials—mostly agricultural waste—are light and poorly adhesive, and temperatures rise during extrusion. The roller assembly (with lubrication and cooling functions) requires strict control over oil injection timing, amount, and uniformity in summer.
Second, during production, continuously monitor factors like current, voltage, noise, dust, pellet condition, and oil injection. Replace faulty wear parts promptly to ensure uninterrupted operation.
