Anti-static Operation Guide for Sawdust Pellet Machine

Before use, check that the machine's static grounding is intact. Do not grind wet powder if it is not.
When grinding wet powder, use a single machine. Transport wet powder barrels one by one from the centrifugal room to the grinding room, and move the next only after grinding the current one—this avoids particle accumulation and high acetone concentration in the space.
Operators can wear masks, laundry gloves, anti-static underwear, and conductive shoes.
Do not use wet powder hammers or stainless steel barrels to hit the machine's silo to prevent static sparks.
Before grinding, check the thermometer and hygrometer next to the machine. Ensure humidity is above 50%. If below, use a spray bottle for local humidification until humidity reaches over 50% before operation; do not operate otherwise.
