1st Oil Change: Replace lubricating oil 2 weeks after the new pellet mill runs.
Subsequent Interval: Replace every 1000 continuous working hours; shorten to 500-800 hours in dusty or high-temperature environments.
Oil Quality Check: Sample and test oil regularly; replace early if contaminated or viscosity drops.

Grease Lubrication System for Pellet Mill

Supplementation Interval: Lubricate the pellet mill's pressure roller bearings every 2 hours, and front spindle bearings every 4 hours.
Replacement Interval: Clean old grease thoroughly and refill every 2000 hours (recommended); shorten to 1500 hours under high-load conditions.
