Temperature Control (Raw Material-Adapted)
Adjust conditioning temperature by material type. For feed pellets: grains 80-90℃, protein-rich materials 70-80℃. Avoid overheating (nutrient loss/carbonization) or underheating (poor gelatinization, weak pellet adhesion).
Pellet Mill Pressure & Speed Regulation
Tune the pellet mill’s roller pressure for desired pellet density (higher pressure = denser pellets). Match the pellet mill’s speed (200-400r/min) with feeding rate. Prevent over-speeding (insufficient material conditioning) or under-speeding (low production efficiency).
Pellet Mill Steady Feeding
Maintain uniform feeding into the pellet mill; avoid fluctuations. Over-feeding risks pellet mill overload (motor overheating/die blockage); under-feeding causes the pellet mill’s die to idle (higher energy consumption, unstable pellet shaping).
