Pulse Dust Collector Under Manufacturing in Our Workshop

Recently, customized large pulse bag dust collectors are being assembled in our factory workshop.
As shown in the photo, the equipment adopts thickened carbon steel frames with anti-corrosion blue spray coating and stainless steel ash hoppers. All frames are connected by high-strength bolts for easy transportation and on-site installation. The large conical hopper effectively collects dust and avoids blockage, perfectly matching biomass production lines processing sawdust, straw and wood chips.This dust removal machine is essential environmental supporting equipment for biomass pellet production lines. It efficiently captures fine dust generated during crushing, screening and pelleting to meet global emission standards.
At present, main frames and hoppers are fully welded. Next steps include installation of filter bags, pulse valves and control systems. Every unit will pass strict tightness and performance tests before delivery.
