Packaging section precautions
Conduct regular sampling inspection on the net weight of each packaged bag, and adjust parameters promptly if the weight fails to meet standards. Weight deviation may occur due to different specific gravity of various material particles.
Routinely inspect air pump pipelines to ensure firm and correct connections.
Perform regular maintenance on the sewing machine in accordance with the operating manual.
All equipment maintenance and inspection shall be carried out only after power cut and shutdown to avoid personal injury. Regularly check circuits and wires for electric leakage risks.
Daily cleaning: Thoroughly clean equipment after each shift to maintain a sound working environment. Excessive accumulated dust may adhere to internal contacts of control cabinets and motors, causing damp short circuits and even dust explosion hazards.
