This series of dryer has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving,and has the domestic leading level in the aspects of perforating machine flow heating, stratified air intake, segmentation temperature change drying, waste heat recovery, etc. The main performance indicators have reached the international advanced level in the 1990s. The series of dry strips are spread on the processed materials using multi-layer mobile stainless steel mesh belt or vibration plate, hot air flow through the mesh belt and the material layer on the bottom up, heat exchange uniform, sufficient, high production efficiency, good product quality, with a cold layer and rotary feeding device, low discharge temperature, conducive to timely packaging. The lifting device with homogenizer has uniform thickness, and the thickness of the material layer can be adjusted stepless.
