Chain Plate Bin Being Manufactured

We are manufacturing a chain plate material bin at our factory.
Its core function is to ensure uniform material conveying, and it is generally installed between the coarse crushing section and fine grinding section. Materials discharged from the coarse crusher are mostly large lumps.
The key conveying component of this equipment is wear-resistant chain plates, so ultra-fine powders will easily leak through the gaps of chain plates and cannot be transported stably by this machine. For this reason, arranging it before the fine grinding section is the optimal process solution. The whole machine adopts integrated welded frame with stable and durable structure and reliable quality.
It can steadily receive materials from the coarse crusher and realize smooth feeding, effectively reducing material blockage and jamming failures. This equipment is compatible with various lump raw materials such as sandstone, ore and biomass.
