Cyclone Dust Collector Introduction
Cyclone is a kind of dust collector. Its structure is composed of two inner and outer cylinders, a conical cylinder, an air inlet and an ash outlet. The inner and outer cylinders and the ash outlet are located on the same axis.
After the dust-laden air enters tangentially along the air inlet at the upper part of the outer cylinder at a relatively high speed, it rotates in a spiral high-speed from top to bottom between the inner and outer cylinders and the part of the cone. During the rotation, the dust particles are thrown to the inner wall of the outer cylinder under the action of a large centrifugal force, and collide with the wall surface, rubbing and gradually lose their speed, and then fall down to the cone part along the cylinder wall under the action of gravity, and then pass from the bottom to the bottom. Ash discharge port discharge. When the airflow approaches the lower end of the cone, the air cannot flow out from the bottom due to the closed air device installed at the outlet, and starts to reverse and rise again, and then is discharged through the inner cylinder.
