This fault occurs due to incorrect limit pointer position, low oil pressure, or air bubbles in the oil line.
Troubleshooting methods: Check if the limit pointer position on the oil pressure gauge is correct. The low limit pointer should be at 0.02 MPa, and the high limit pointer at 0.12 MPa. Adjust if incorrect.
Inspect the filter for clogging and replace if necessary. Check the oil pipeline for blockages. If clogged, clean it using a high-pressure air pump. Verify if the oil pump is faulty and replace it if needed.
Examine the oil line for air bubbles. Excessive bubbles indicate improper oil usage. Use GL-5 85W-90 heavy-duty gear oil compliant with lubrication standards. Avoid bulk oil from small manufacturers, as quality is unreliable.
