Pulse Dust Collector Working Principle
When the dust-laden air enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first encounters the inclined plate and baffle plate in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, and the air flow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the air flow speed slows down. The ash hopper plays the role of pre-collecting dust. The airflow entering the hopper is then folded upwards through a filter bag with a metal frame inside. Dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified air enters the upper clean room of the filter bag room, and is collected to the air outlet for discharge.
When more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, the resistance of the filter bag increases, resulting in a gradual decrease in the amount of treated air, so the filter bag must be cleaned. The compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into each corresponding filter bag by the injection pipe, and the filter bag expands rapidly in an instant, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag falls off, and the filter bag is regenerated. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge system.
The centrifugal fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, using a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerate and change the flow direction, so that the kinetic energy is converted into potential energy (pressure).
