China Efficient ring die pellet machine also called the centrifugal ring die pellet machine, which entered to Shandong Province of China by a Hungarian businessman in 2006. Originated in Poland, Europe, but researched and developed by us, so the fifth generation comes out. It combined the advantages of flat die pellet machine such as stable structure, good heating dissipation performance and the advantages of ring die pellet machine such as ring die holes more and output higher performances. This structure makes full use of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of rollers, so that it is much more efficient and output.

The raw material to this pellet machine can be following:
1. All kinds dust of stalks and straws, such as corn stalks, cotton stalks, wood straw, wheat straw etc;
2. All kinds dust of forage, such as alfalfa, clover, horsetail grass;
3. All kinds dust of wood chips, such as pine, poplar, mahogany, hardwood;
4. All kinds dust of shells, such as peanut shells, corn shell, corn cob, sunflower seeds shell, rice husk etc;
5. Most kinds dust of biomass waste such as the corn cobs, food waste etc.
6. Some kinds dust of life waste, such as the waste paper or newspaper etc;
7. All kinds dust of organic fertilizer; such as animals manure; earth mud waste; Seaweed mud waste etc.

1. Ring-die mould, up standing; the raw material can be direct in pressing zone, avoid the Materials arch;
2. Vertical mould, get the biggest heating dissipation area, protecting the bearings of rollers;
3. Ring die static, rollers rotary, the Centrifugal force which produced by rollers, can be right use to throw material to the ring die holes.
4. Two layer mould, up and down dual use, cutting invest cost, at same time the two lay high wall can produce the rebounded force, make the material down to rollers press again.
5. With automatic grease adding system for rotary rollers, rotating discharge chains, and bearing chamber, and grease adding time can be adjusted.
