Packaging Scale Description
The ton bag packaging scale is an integrated packaging system composed of: feeding mechanism, weighing mechanism, pneumatic actuator, bag clamping mechanism, dust removal mechanism, electric control part, etc. This series of equipment is usually used for fast, large-capacity and specialized quantitative weighing packaging of solid granular materials and powder materials. It is also a necessary special equipment for international large-scale soft bag packaging.
Packaging Scale Features
1. Just touch the travel switch when starting the package;
2. After the packaging is completed, the bag holder and the bag hanging mechanism are automatically separated without other operations;
3. It integrates the function of thick and fine feeding, which effectively solves the requirements for speed and precision in the packaging process;
4. For the packaging bags of different weights in the packaging process, it can be automatically peeled, cleared, and has the function of automatic data correction to ensure the accuracy requirements;
5. When it is required to detect whether the material contains metal particles, a metal detector can be installed at the feeding port;
6. After the packaging bag falls automatically, it can be transported to the next process by the free roller table, power roller table or belt conveyor;
7. According to the requirements, it can be equipped with the function of shaking the bag or flexibly adjust the height of the bag machine and the hook;
8. The system has two operating modes, automatic and manual, which can be switched at will.
