【Dual-Shaft Paddle Mixer - Introduction】
SSHJ Series Dual-shaft Paddle Efficient Mixer is constituted by two rotors which turning oppositely. The rotors are welded many paddles in special direction. The paddles take material not only negative rotation by the inner of the groove but also turn over left and right. An agravic area is formed in superposition of two rotors. In this area, materials with all kinds shape, size, density can be floated and be in agravic at a moment so that the material can turn omnibearingly and continuously. They are interlaced and cut, so get the goal of fast mixing evenly.
It is widely used in mixing the powder, granule ,slice, piece, miscellaneous form and ropy material in many industries, such as feed, foodstuffs, food, chemical engineering, medicine and agricultural chemical etc, and it also can dry and cool various materials.
【Dual-Shaft Paddle Mixer -Performances and Advantages】
1.Mixing time is short (40-90 seconds/batch), and the coefficient of variation is low (CV is less than 5%).
2. Can mix material arrange is big, density between 0.1-0.8.
3. Mixing efficient and do not appear different grade situation.
4. Full-opened structure makes no material left, and the output speed is fast.
5. The chain of sprocket wheel adopts three-line chains’ structure, and the rotor circumvolving in opposite direction is driven by the cycloidal speed reducer. The transmission organization special, run steady, transport torque big and wear is low.
