First, let’s take a look at the entire hammer mill installation process.
The front is a pipeline---hammer mill---pulverizer---cyclone separator---air closer---classifier---bag dust collector.

The material enters the crusher through the feed pipe. There are some hammers in the crushing chamber. The hammer can reach up to 2900 rpm. The material is crushed at high speed in the crushing chamber. There is a screen in the crushing chamber. The crushed material falls to the bottom through the screen. The feeding port of the multifunctional crusher has a material blocking structure to prevent the warehouse from returning and spraying materials upward.

The requirement for pellet is within 8 mm, and the sieve mesh is usually 8 mm.
The finely powdered stock is fed through the air-feeding discharging structure at the back. The main power source of the air feeding and discharging structure is the fan. The fan pulls the materials out of the crushing chamber and enters the cyclone through the pipe. The inventory and wind circulate in the cyclone. During the rotation, the sediment sinks, and the filtered air comes from the center of the cylinder enters the upper part of the cyclone, and then is extracted and then enters the bag dust collector. Through the bag dust collector, the clean air is discharged, and a small amount is refined at the bottom, and it can be cleaned regularly. This is the operation process of the hammer mill.
