Analysis on the Production Process of Straw, Rice Straw, and other Pellets

Process flow:

1. Rotary cutting and crushing: use a rotary cutting and crushing machine to crush the straw to less than 8mm;

2. Drying: The crushed materials are dried in a drum dryer;

3. Pelletizing: The dried material enters the silo and enters the pellet machine through the spiral dragon for pelletizing.

4. Cooling: The high-temperature particles enter the cooling machine through the conveyor belt for cooling;

5. Packaging: The cooled particles enter the packaging machine for packaging.

Process advantages: a wide range of applicable raw materials, good particle forming effect, and strong government support.

Process disadvantages: Straw pellets are low in price and have small profits.
